Not quite sure if this is the famous Lynn Dell, merely she sure stands out in this wonderful polkadot suit.
Understated elegance with neutral color blocking outfits. I have seen a very like blue brim at Zara. The textile is quite thick, so information technology is unsuitable for Singapore, only I would highly recommend this brim to anyone looking for a very on-trend a-line skirt that comfortably covers the knees.
